Old Dorm Room
For something different, this is my old dorm room from the outside. I used post-it notes to make a smiley face in the window.
Simple Room
This is my room, not too much to it. I built the nightstand myself for $10. It was cheaper than buying one and does everything I need to.
My hole in the wall
My room is long and narrow with a "closet" (using that term very loosely) for each person and some shelves. Both beds are partially lofted so we could put the refrigerator and desk drawers underneath. And as dumb as the Christmas lights look, they provide infinitely better ambient lighting than the tiny fluorescent light at the end of the room.
Oh and in case you're wondering... that CD hanging from a string was supposed to have a similar effect to a disco ball. It didn't work so well, but I'm too lazy to take it down.

So this is my room. It's a mess i know but that's thanks to my annual exams so I am shitting books at the moment. Moreover we plan to shift our house soon. Maybe Dorm delicious can help me decorate my new room!
My Room
Hi all!
This is my room. I know it is pretty bland but I like it like that. I've only got one Bob Marley poster on the other wall... yes the same one everybody else has :D but mine is cloth HA! First thing I did in here was to remove the carpet. I think carpets only serve to accumulate dirt... besides, a quick mop is a lot quicker than vacuuming/brushing the carpet. Something I must have in my room is an open space in the middle, and that I have. Thats my computer there... old enough to be in a museum and my fold out couch/bed. And thats about as clean as it gets :D
My Bedroom
I've had this bedroom since high school, but I still love it just as much as I did in the ninth grade. Can you tell what my favorite color was? The trick to keeping your room clean is to store your books and other belongings in cabinets (with doors). That way, you can keep your things organized and hidden from visitors - and pictures! And, of course, always have your bed made. :)

Hi I'm Lahiru, currently following an IT degree (still in first year) at SLIIT Sri Lanka. Well, since we can submit only one photo I chose to get a snap of the best side. This photo shows the bed along with the closet, I've kept some cards and candles (ya know, the big scented ones) near the mirror but I guess you cant see them in the photo (sorry, don't have a digital camera so I got this from my phone).
Home, Sweet Home
I've tried to decorate my room with some of the colors I really like, despite being too lazy to paint the walls. I have the blue carpeting and blue comforter, blue is my favorite color. I also have decorations on my walls about the city I love, my home, Pittsburgh. Since I'm a huge football fan, I have pictures and calendars of the Steelers. For me, it's really important that someone who comes into my room that I don't know, sees a bit into who I am.
My small room
This is a picture of my small room. It's sort of strange having such a big closet for such a small room, but it is what it is. The carpeting is blue, which goes with the tan colored walls. The bedspread and valences match even though they weren't a set. I really like the long windows, when open, light really shines into the room and makes it brighter. My walls are adorned with characitures and some posters. It's really important to me to express myself through the decorations on my walls.
My bedroom
My bedroom is fairly simple. It's pretty spacious, but the high ceilings make it look bigger than it is. The walls are painted a beige-like color, which match the carpeting. There is some art on the walls, as well as a high dresser, mirror, and two nightstands next to the bed. Anytime a room is clean, it makes it appear big
